Job Description:
The Workplace Coordinator supports daily workplace operations, vendor coordination, and hospitality-driven employee and guest experiences within a corporate office environment.
This role supports the client's workplace experience and day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for employees, executives, and guests. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication skills, and experience managing vendors while maintaining a high level of workplace service and organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Coordinate with food vendors and oversee front-facing office amenities (kitchens, refrigerators, etc.)

Serve as a client-facing contact for internal events and workplace activities

Support operations within the Executive Business Center

Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workplace operations

Assist with event logistics including setup coordination and execution
-
Maintain workplace standards and address operational issues as they arise

Collect and maintain operational data and assist with reporting
-
Support vendor relationships and ensure services meet workplace experience standards

Provide hospitality-focused support for guests, executives, and visitors
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

2–3 years of workplace, hospitality, or corporate office coordination experience

Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
-
Experience with vendor management (non-maintenance vendors preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to work independently

Experience supporting workplace operations, events, or office experience initiatives

Experience supporting workplace experience and facilities functions in a corporate environment

Familiarity with employee wellness programs or workplace amenities

Experience with operational data collection and basic reporting
