Job Description:
Support the execution of marketing operations and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring smooth project coordination, milestone tracking, and event support across cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support go-to-market areas and seasonal milestone timelines.

Manage administrative responsibilities, including showroom and conference room bookings.

Participate in planning and execution of key global marketing events (e.g., Brand Summit).

Assist in managing the marketing milestone calendar and process alignment.

Support communication and monitoring of Sell-In content for consistency and accuracy.

Handle prototype sample processes including system updates, logistics coordination, and milestone tracking.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or GTM support.

Proficiency in Smartsheet for timeline management, tracking, and reporting.

Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.

Experience supporting marketing launches, campaigns, or seasonal milestones.

Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate across marketing, product, sales, and creative teams.
