Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location-Type: Hybrid in Denver with travel to Argentina, Turkey, and Canada
(4 days/week onsite to start; 3 days/week after 3 months)

Duration: 10 months (Contract)
Compensation Range: $80/hr W2
Job Description:
Lead the planning and implementation of a large-scale Short Interval Control technology initiative, driving adoption, training, and execution across multiple domestic and international operational sites.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage full lifecycle project planning and execution for enterprise technology implementation
-
Travel to U.S. and international sites - Argentina, Turkey, & Canada (2–3 weeks at a time) to support deployment and training

Develop business cases and implementation plans
-
Build and lead cross-functional project teams
-
Partner with site leadership, engineering, and corporate technical teams
-
Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams for enhancements and bug fixes

Drive change management and ensure stakeholder adoption

Oversee project schedules using MS Project

Lead regular stakeholder communications and status reporting

Support data validation and verification processes
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

8 years of IT Project Management experience
-
Degree in Engineering or related technical field
-
Experience in mining, construction management, or similar heavy industry
-
Strong change management experience; ability to influence and drive adoption

Experience with MS Project or similar PM tools
-
Software product management exposure (feature prioritization, user feedback, bug tracking)

Client-facing experience with strong communication skills
-
Comfortable with extensive U.S. and international travel (valid passport required)

Ability to manage conflict and drive projects to meet deadlines
