Job Description:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic calendar, travel, and communication management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support multiple C-level executives (Chief People Officer, CIO, CFO)
-
Manage complex calendars across time zones, including internal and external meetings
-
Meet regularly with executives to review and optimize schedules
-
Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting

Process travel and expenses through Concur
-
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
-
Facilitate virtual meetings via Teams and Zoom
-
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information

Provide light office support (reception coverage, breakroom restocking, office supplies management, light shipping and local pickups)
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

3–10 years of experience supporting C-level executives

Background in financial services or law firm environments preferred

Proven experience managing complex executive calendars

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience with Teams and Zoom collaboration tools

Experience with Concur for travel and expense management

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion, professionalism, and business acumen
