Job Description:
Support the client's disconnect coordination efforts by managing telecom disconnect activities, maintaining accurate inventory and billing records, and validating cost savings across legacy voice and data environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Submit and manage telecom disconnect orders through Tangoe TEM
-
Track disconnect orders through completion and resolve delays
-
Maintain accurate telecom inventory and billing records
-
Validate realized savings and confirm cost reductions are captured
-
Update enterprise reporting tools to support financial reporting
-
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, site contacts, sourcing, and digital teams
-
Provide project updates and ensure timely execution of deliverables
-
Analyze disconnect and circuit data to support reporting accuracy
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

5 years of experience as a telecommunications analyst or similar role
-
Experience with legacy voice and network circuits
-
Understanding of analog dial tone and telecommunications circuit environments

Experience with telecom billing and inventory management

Experience managing disconnect orders from submission through completion

Ability to validate savings and support financial realization reporting
-
Strong data analysis, organization, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination

Experience working with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders
