Job Description:
This role provides short-term execution support for email marketing campaigns, helping the client build and deploy Eloqua emails during a high-volume campaign period.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Build and deploy email campaigns directly in Oracle Eloqua

Use pre-written copy, pre-designed templates, and existing campaign instructions
-
Format emails within established templates and prepare them for review
-
Execute campaign builds independently with minimal hand-holding

Support campaign setup, data entry, and database-related marketing operations
-
Update event/performance calendar information and marketing data

Resize, export, and place images into email templates as needed

Manage assigned project work through Asana and email
-
Submit completed work to the marketing manager for approval before launch
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

2–4 years of relevant email marketing or marketing operations experience

Hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience with the ability to log in and begin building emails immediately

Strong execution mindset with high attention to detail

Comfortable handling production-focused, task-oriented work

Experience formatting and deploying campaigns using existing templates
-
Ability to work independently and follow established processes
-
Comfortable supporting data entry, campaign operations, and administrative marketing tasks

Able to work flexibly across off-hours when needed while remaining responsive for approvals

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Asana or similar task management tools

Basic image editing experience, including resizing and exporting assets

Exposure to calendar updates, database support, or campaign operations work

Personal appreciation for the arts, music, theater, orchestras, or live performance environments
