Job Description:
Lead a telecom disconnect program from planning through execution, driving cost savings, operational efficiency, and milestone delivery across cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end Telecom Disconnect Initiative across enterprise telecom services

Manage a team of 8 Telecom Analysts responsible for inventory review, usage analysis, and disconnect recommendations
-
Oversee telecom billing, invoicing, and service inventory analysis for analog lines and data circuits
-
Coordinate disconnect orders and replacement solutions with internal teams and suppliers
-
Track timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and savings against program goals
-
Prepare reporting, governance materials, and executive status updates
-
Partner with Sourcing, Digital, Field Management, and Telecom teams to align priorities and execution

Must-Haves:

Experience with legacy telecommunications services, including analog dial tone and data circuits

Prior experience in a supervisor, team lead, or project management role

Strong understanding of telecom billing, invoicing, and inventory management

Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, risks, and dependencies

Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders

Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
