Job Description:
Lead and deliver enterprise-wide SAP initiatives, driving roadmap execution, program governance, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful SAP S/4HANA implementation and business outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead SAP roadmap planning, execution, and strategic alignment with business goals

Manage full lifecycle SAP programs (design, build, test, deploy, and stabilization)

Oversee delivery sequencing and dependencies across finance and materials management workstreams
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, finance, supply chain, and external vendors
-
Translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical deliverables
-
Drive program governance, risk management, and change control processes
-
Lead integration efforts across SAP and connected systems
-
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive updates, and steering committees
-
Monitor project health, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes

Must-Haves:

5 years of consistent and recent experience as a Program Manager exclusively leading SAP S/4HANA implementations

Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations

Proven experience developing and executing SAP roadmaps

Expertise in SAP delivery sequencing and dependency management

Experience across finance and materials management modules
-
Ability to lead large, complex, multi-workstream programs
-
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business terms

Experience in startup or fast-paced environments

Ability to challenge assumptions and identify gaps in processes
