Job Description:
Lead the development and execution of creator and influencer engagement strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance through impactful storytelling.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated creator engagement strategies aligned with marketing and communications goals
- Identify opportunities to connect brands with cultural trends, creators, and emerging platforms
- Build and manage relationships with creators, talent agencies, and influencer partners
- Lead end-to-end execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify creator content across channels
- Track campaign performance and analyze engagement, reach, and ROI metrics
- Present insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay current on creator economy trends, platforms, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 8 years of experience in creator engagement, influencer marketing, or brand communications
- Proven experience developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership experience
- Expertise in social media platforms, content strategy, and influencer ecosystems
- Experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in cultural marketing, brand storytelling, or talent partnerships
- Background working with large-scale, multi-brand organizations
- Familiarity with influencer management tools and emerging digital technologies
- Advanced degree in a related field
