Job Description:
The AI Business Analyst will bridge business needs, Salesforce solutions, and emerging AI initiatives by translating ambiguous problems into structured, build-ready solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Own Salesforce administration and configuration (objects, fields, flows, dashboards)

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and uncover business pain points

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for developers

Support testing, UAT, training, and implementation of solutions

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-driven workflows
-
Collaborate across departments to design scalable solutions and workflows

Support early-stage AI initiatives by defining use cases and evaluating feasibility

Work with product and engineering teams to shape solution roadmaps

Operate in a consultative, discovery-heavy environment to define front-end problems

Must-Haves:

4–10 recent years of experience as a Business Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or similar
-
1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration experience but NOT a dedicated Salesforce career specialist.

Experience gathering requirements and translating them into build-ready specs

Strong stakeholder management across multiple departments

Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and create structured solutions

Demonstrated interest in AI and automation for business applications

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and cross-functional environments

Experience in media, sports, entertainment, or agency environments

Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet)
