Job Description:
Support the design and delivery of AI-powered finance workflow products by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
- Translate finance and AI workflow needs into actionable product and design direction
- Manage Jira boards, including backlog prioritization, sprint tracking, and board setup
- Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams in Agile environments
- Facilitate and document UAT strategy, execution, and issue tracking
- Present requirements, updates, and project status to stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years of Business Analyst or Product Management experience
- Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Proven agency or consulting experience managing multiple client projects
- Experience working cross-functionally with UX, Product Design, and Development teams
- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Experience with B2B web or mobile application projects
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to AI-driven products or workflow automation
- Familiarity with CMS-driven architectures and component-based design
