Marketing Enablement Coordinator

Schedule: 40 hrs/week | 9:00am–5:00pm
Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite per week (Monday or Friday remote)
Duration: 5 months (Maternity Backfill)
Start Date: ASAP (3–4 weeks post-offer due to onboarding)
Pay Rate: $43.00–$48/hr W2
Work Authorization: USC or GC only
Role Overview
The Marketing Enablement Coordinator will support the development and execution of business processes across marketing initiatives, playing a critical role in project coordination, process documentation, and cross-functional alignment. This role partners closely with creative, content, CX, and delivery teams to ensure work is planned, documented, and executed efficiently.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as an end-to-end project coordinator across moderately sized marketing initiatives

Support integrated planning efforts with cross-functional teams (creative, content, CX, marketing)

Build, maintain, and improve process documentation, governance materials, and workflows

Coordinate mass schedules and support quarterly and forward-looking planning

Assist with the transition to Workfront as a resource management tool (documentation and training support)

Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate updates to stakeholders

Partner with project and workstream sponsors to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables

Support creation of presentations, operational reports, and stakeholder updates
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
-
4 years of relevant professional experience

Experience supporting B2C marketing teams

Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience

Strong cross-functional collaboration with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders

Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Rally preferred; Jira, Trello acceptable)

Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
