Job Description:
The Business Analyst will own product features end-to-end, translating business needs into actionable requirements while collaborating across engineering, compliance, and leadership teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Serve as Product Owner for BaaS features, managing backlog and sprint activities in Jira
-
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and user stories
-
Support API-driven banking features such as account onboarding, identity verification, payments, cards, KYC/KYB, and transaction workflows
-
Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to validate deliverables and assist with UAT testing
-
Maintain product documentation, FAQs, and internal training materials

Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
2 years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar in fintech, banking, or BaaS
-
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Agile/Scrum processes

Understanding of banking workflows (accounts, payments, cards, KYC/KYB, compliance, etc.)

Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements

Ability to analyze data using Excel, SQL basics, or similar tools

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
