Job Description:
The IT Product Manager will own the Hire-to-Retire product area, driving roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across people systems including Workday modules related to Learning & Development and Equity & Payroll.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Own product roadmap for the Hire-to-Retire product domain within People systems

Gather and translate business needs and pain points into product roadmaps and system capabilities

Facilitate weekly stakeholder alignment meetings and quarterly business reviews
-
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and engineering to deliver solutions

Manage Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across HR, compensation, benefits, payroll, and people operations teams

Oversee and prioritize system enhancements and integrations within Workday

Communicate progress, risks, and priorities to stakeholders and executive leadership
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

8 years of Product Management experience in enterprise technology environments

Strong experience working with Workday, particularly across HR or People systems
-
Experience supporting modules such as Learning & Development, Equity, Payroll, or related HR domains

Proven experience building product roadmaps and translating business needs into technical solutions

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
-
Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across business and technical teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
