Job Description:
This role leads the engineering and day-to-day operations of the enterprise Customer Master Data Management (MDM) capability, ensuring trusted, high-quality customer golden records that support analytics, operations, and regulatory needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Design and evolve the Customer MDM solution aligned to enterprise architecture standards

Define customer entity models, attributes, hierarchies, and relationships
-
Configure and manage match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and golden records
-
Oversee platform configuration, deployments, upgrades, and environment management
-
Lead daily MDM operations including monitoring, incident resolution, and defect management
-
Partner with data governance and stewardship teams on data quality rules and workflows
-
Manage onboarding of new source systems and downstream integrations

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MDM engineers and analysts
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

6–10 years of experience in MDM, data engineering, or data platform operations
-
Hands-on experience designing and operating Customer MDM solutions

Direct experience with Profisee or a comparable MDM platform
-
Strong knowledge of entity modeling, match/merge logic, and survivorship strategies

Experience leading small technical teams and managing operational workloads

Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance)

Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)

Understanding of data privacy concepts (PII, consent, retention)

Experience partnering with Data Governance, Privacy, and Security teams
