Job Description
The QA CMS Platform Engineer will support testing and validation of a web-based content management system, ensuring product quality by identifying defects, executing manual test cases, and supporting the transition toward automated testing frameworks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform manual testing for a web-based CMS platform

Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA

Execute test cases and validate bug fixes across web applications

Work within Agile development cycles alongside engineering teams

Review requirements and acceptance criteria in Confluence

Assist in building or maintaining automated tests using Playwright

Validate functionality across digital portals and web-based platforms

Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Requirements
Must-Haves

3–5 years of QA engineering experience

Experience testing web-based applications or digital portals

Strong manual testing background

Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks

Experience tracking defects and managing work in JIRA

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Experience documenting processes or requirements in Confluence
Nice-to-Haves

Experience testing CMS platforms or content publishing systems

Exposure to .NET-based applications

Experience helping transition teams from manual testing to automation
