Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Compass Rose module within the Epic EHR system, supporting care coordination and clinical workflows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Compass Rose Epic module
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate across clinical and IT teams to ensure alignment
- Provide status reporting and project dashboards to leadership
- Oversee additional smaller Epic-related projects (radiology, cardiology, ancillary systems)
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook for project coordination
- Facilitate scheduling, documentation, and workflow tracking
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 10–15 years of project management experience
- Hands-on experience with the Epic Compass Rose module
- Experience in Epic environments across acute care and outpatient settings
- Proven experience leading full-cycle implementations
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and business processes
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (clinical IT)
- Customer-facing experience
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Compass Rose certification
- PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree
