Job Description:
Lead end-to-end cross-channel paid media strategy and execution for upper-funnel awareness campaigns across major brand and business initiatives. This role supports high-visibility brand and business campaigns that require senior-level paid media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on paid media leader who can own campaigns end-to-end, manage large budgets, drive data-backed decisions, and build trust across cross-functional teams. Look for someone proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end cross-channel media planning and execution for assigned campaigns
- Develop upper-funnel awareness strategies aligned to business objectives

Coordinate with external agencies and internal activation teams to execute campaigns

Translate business goals into actionable paid media plans

Monitor, optimize, and adjust live campaigns based on KPIs

Partner with marketing, brand, creative, and measurement teams across the organization

Compile, analyze, and present post-campaign performance reports

Drive insights and recommendations to improve future campaign performance

Contribute to media investment models, roadmap planning, and portfolio strategy

Create marketing collateral and support tools for internal stakeholders
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

6–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or media (agency or in-house)

Experience leading complex, cross-channel paid media campaigns end-to-end

Background in client-side media teams (Sr. Media Manager, Media Manager, Supervisor, Associate Director, or Director level)

Expertise in upper-funnel awareness campaigns

Strong paid media strategy, planning, and activation experience

Experience with Streaming TV, programmatic, social, traditional digital, and cross-channel media (excluding linear)

Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets

Strong post-campaign analysis and performance reporting skills

Proficiency with industry media tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore)

Strong data analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
