Job Description:
Senior leadership role responsible for driving advanced marketing and business analytics strategies, delivering actionable insights, and leading analytics teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead and develop analytics and data science team members in a player/coach capacity

Partner directly with clients and internal account leadership on strategic initiatives

Drive cross-channel marketing analytics, measurement frameworks, and testing strategies
-
Deliver actionable insights tied to clear business outcomes ( "so what / why it matters )

Translate complex analytics and data science concepts into executive-level narratives

Support multiple full-funnel performance media accounts simultaneously

Guide media mix modeling, attribution, forecasting, and advanced analytical use cases
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
7 years of experience in media, marketing, or analytics roles
-
5 years of experience at Director level or above
-
Strong agency-side experience supporting multiple performance media accounts with $20-$80M annual budget

Hands-on expertise in marketing analytics (MMM, MTA, omni-channel media in search & social)

Advanced business analytics experience (forecasting, regression, churn modeling)

Exceptional communication skills with executives and clients

Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

Nice-to-Haves:
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred) and experience with Tableau
- Experience with data science concepts (clustering, inference, Monte Carlo, Markov chains)

Experience with performance media platforms (Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV/OTT)

Background in creative analytics and messaging/testing frameworks
