Job Description:
Provide essential IT desktop support in a fast-paced ecommerce distribution center, balancing hands-on troubleshooting with corporate-level communication.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with RF scanners, printers, and desktops
-
Perform computer reimaging and hardware/software maintenance
-
Manage Active Directory tasks including password resets
-
Support wireless networks and mobile devices (Android)
-
Respond to high-priority tickets and executive-level tech issues
-
Operate in physically demanding environments—walk over 10K steps/day

Deliver white-glove service in high-pressure manufacturing settings

Must-Haves:

Experience directing / leading / guiding and giving direction to junior technicians
Experience supporting wireless devices in a domain environment -
Proficiency with Active Directory (minimum: password resets)

Network troubleshooting knowledge

Familiarity with PCs, Macs, printers, mobile (Android) devices

Virus removal and remediation techniques

Comfort working in an ecommerce or manufacturing setting

Ability to lift, walk extensively, and meet physical demands

Flexible schedule (early/late shifts, weekends, holidays)
