Job Description:
This role leads and supports cloud infrastructure operations while balancing hands-on technical work with team leadership in a product-driven environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead sprint planning and collaborate closely with product teams
-
Manage, mentor, and support a team of infrastructure and DevOps engineers
-
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure-based infrastructure
-
Debug access, networking, and CI/CD pipeline issues
-
Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
-
Support AWS services used for storage and media workflows
-
Work cross-functionally across engineering, DevOps, and product teams
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Strong hands-on experience with Terraform

Deep expertise in Azure networking and Azure DevOps pipelines

CI/CD deployment and troubleshooting experience

Ability to debug and resolve infrastructure and access issues

Working knowledge of AWS (Route 53, CloudFront, CloudWatch)

Leadership experience managing and mentoring engineers

Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk, or Datadog)

Proven experience working directly with product teams across multiple products
