The Lab Assistant supports senior laboratory staff by processing samples, performing standardized tests, and documenting results to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Process and prepare laboratory samples for testing

Perform routine tests using general laboratory equipment
-
Build or adapt basic test setups and equipment as needed
-
Record, analyze, and interpret test data
-
Prepare charts, graphs, and reports summarizing results
-
Maintain and perform routine care of lab equipment and workspace
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and test instructions
-
Operate computer systems to input and extract data
-
Communicate findings with engineers and technical staff
-
Follow established test plans, safety protocols, and security procedures
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
-
Technical or manufacturing-related background
-
Experience using mechanical tools (tape measure, calipers, scales, power tools, saws, presses, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and test procedures

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
