Job Description:
The client is seeking a commercially minded Head of Marketing to build and lead a modern B2B marketing engine that connects marketing investment directly to pipeline growth and revenue within the commercial real estate sector.
Job Summary
- Develop and continuously refine the organization's growth marketing strategy, identifying high opportunity customer segments and the channels, messages, and experiences that will most effectively create demand.
- Establish a measurement framework that ties marketing investment to pipeline and revenue, tracking metrics such as CAC, cost per qualified opportunity, lead to opportunity conversion, and campaign ROI.
- Partner closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and the sales organization to translate strategy into executable marketing programs.
- Manage agency partners, specialists, and external marketing resources to deliver campaigns across relevant B2B channels.
- Maintain and optimize the client's CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to support demand generation and pipeline visibility.
- Oversee the client's web presence and digital properties, identifying and implementing improvements to support lead generation and brand positioning.
- Bring informed perspective on the commercial real estate competitive landscape, industry ecosystem, buyer dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7 years of progressively responsible B2B marketing experience.
- Meaningful experience marketing to commercial real estate owners, multifamily owners/operators, REITs, asset managers, or closely related audiences.
- Demonstrated experience building demand generation programs that produced measurable pipeline and revenue results.
- Strong command of marketing economics, including CAC, conversion, attribution, pipeline, and ROI.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot.
- Experience managing agencies, specialists, and external marketing resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate ecosystem and how owners make investment and operating decisions.
- Experience partnering closely with sophisticated sales organizations in a growth stage or entrepreneurial environment.
- Background working within or alongside small businesses or scaling organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex offerings into clear, differentiated customer value propositions.
