Compensation Range: $27.50/hr – $33/hr W2

Job Description:
Support a high-profile consumer-facing digital platform and mobile app experience for a major sports and entertainment organization. This role is heavily focused on hands-on website content management, digital execution, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain website and mobile app content updates within a CMS
- Build, edit, and publish digital pages and promotional content
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams, external vendors, and production stakeholders
- Support UX/UI updates, digital campaigns, and engagement initiatives
- Assist with content calendars, push notifications, and promotional placements
- Monitor website performance, content accuracy, and digital best practices
- Collaborate on strategies to improve user engagement and fan/customer experience
- Manage multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of digital marketing, web content, or CMS management experience
- Strong hands-on CMS experience including content publishing, page updates, and website maintenance
- Basic understanding of HTML and web technologies (no heavy coding required)
- Experience supporting consumer-facing/B2C digital experiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working onsite 4 days/week in Baltimore
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with SEO and/or AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Sports, media, entertainment, ecommerce, or hospitality industry experience
- Experience supporting mobile app or push notification campaigns
- Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator experience
- Exposure to UX/UI optimization and digital engagement strategies
