Seeking a strong integrated brand strategist to support large-scale brand and campaign development initiatives for key retail clients. This role will partner closely with creative, social, and communications planning teams to help shape culturally relevant, insight-driven campaigns and strategic briefs.
Responsibilities
- Support development of integrated brand strategy across large-scale retail marketing briefs
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, social, connections strategy, and comms planning teams on campaign concepting and positioning
- Help drive strategic thinking and narrative development for an upcoming holiday campaign initiative
- Assist in development of FY28 strategic briefs and long-term campaign planning initiatives
- Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and business objectives into actionable campaign strategies
- Contribute to brainstorms, brief writing, presentation development, and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in integrated strategy, brand planning, communications strategy, or account planning within an agency environment
- Strong background supporting large-scale consumer brand campaigns
- Experience collaborating across creative, social, media/connections strategy, and communications teams
- Ability to develop clear strategic narratives and campaign positioning
- Retail, lifestyle, or Client experience strongly preferred
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and client-facing communication skills
