Sr Software Developer - WorkDay

Job Description:
The Senior Software Developer (Workday) will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and integration of Workday applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance within the organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Design and develop solution artifacts per technical and functional requirements.

Ensure high-quality, bug-free development following coding standards.

Participate in Agile sprints and quality reviews.
-
Maintain and create user and technical documentation.
-
Support solution architects in problem analysis and solution design.
-
Perform codebase maintenance, unit testing, and integration testing.
-
Collaborate with the QA team for testing strategies.
-
Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in line with SDLC methodologies.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

5-7 years of software development experience in Workday technologies.
-
Strong understanding of Workday modules, including Talent Management and Payroll.

Experience integrating with Workday APIs and third-party integration solutions.

Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
-
Experience with SQL-based databases.
-
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and source control systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience developing applications for the Workday App Store.
