Job Description:
Lead the backend architecture and development of a greenfield SaaS application for business licensing and tax filings, hosted in Azure.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design and implement multi-tenant SaaS architecture using .NET 8 and C#.
- Develop and optimize APIs, ensuring scalability and security.
- Architect backend infrastructure, including Azure services (Service Bus, API Gateway, Azure Functions).
- Manage SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data migration.
- Implement best practices for unit testing, CI/CD, and containerization using Docker.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, DevOps engineers, and frontend teams.
- Lead and mentor developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 6 years of backend development experience.
- Expertise in .NET 8, C#, and API design.
- Proficiency in multiple architectural methodologies (e.g., Clean Architecture, Microservices, Modular Monolith, Vertical Slice Architecture).
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services (Service Bus, API Gateway, Azure Functions).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with containerization (Docker).
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
