Compensation Range:
- Mid Level (5 yoe): $130k-135k 10% Bonus
- Senior Level (8-10 yoe): $150k-155,000 10% Bonus
Job Description:
Develop and enhance enterprise web applications using Python and AWS serverless technologies, with a focus on backend development and seamless front-end integration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Work on an internal single-page application supporting multiple company departments.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
- Build and maintain microservices architecture in AWS.
- Implement caching and refactoring strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with a mix of on-site and offshore teams.
- Contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives for audiobook processing.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- Mid Level: 5 years of experience
- Senior Level: 8-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong Python development experience for enterprise web applications.
- Understanding of front-end frameworks (React preferred).
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs.
- SQL and NoSQL database experience (at least one NoSQL-heavy project).
- AWS experience with serverless technologies.
- Microservices expertise, including UI integration.
- Soft skills: proactive, forward-thinking, prompt, team-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
