Job Description:
Lead full end-to-end process analysis and documentation initiatives across data operations and market data services within a financial services environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Interface with challenging stakeholders to gather and assess process data

Perform deep-dive analysis of existing processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies

Document findings and observations; create organized, clear deliverables

Collaborate with leadership to define next steps for organizational change

Build presentations and process documentation from scratch using Excel and PowerPoint
-
Support data ops and market data services teams with structured analysis
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree
-
5 years as a Business Analyst

Experience with full-cycle process analysis and documentation
-
Skilled in data analysis tools and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with Confluence and SharePoint

Background in data operations and financial services or investment banking

Ability to work independently, highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

Must have a personal laptop or desktop

Willing to comply with insider trading regulations regarding trading during business hours
