Location-Type: Hybrid – Short Hills, NJ; onsite preferred with flexibility for 1–2 remote days per week. Candidates must already be local to the area; relocation candidates will not be considered.

Duration: Permanent / Full-Time
Compensation Range: $100,000–$120,000/year + 20% annual performance bonus
Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO

Job Description:
The Partnerships Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for supply partners, bridging supply and demand teams to support campaign execution, maximize monetization opportunities, resolve issues, and maintain strong partner relationships.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with supply partners across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner questions regarding inventory, campaign timelines, revenue, testing, and launch readiness.

Bridge communication between supply partners and internal demand, ad operations, technical, product, and platform teams.

Monitor partner monetization and identify opportunities to improve inventory utilization and revenue.

Support campaign execution and proactively troubleshoot inventory or delivery issues.

Communicate technical and operational concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Conduct regular partner meetings, check-ins, and ongoing account servicing.

Handle ad hoc partner requests and coordinate internal resources to resolve blockers.

Support new formats, products, inventory opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Maintain high partner satisfaction through responsive communication and strong follow-through.
Minimum Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in customer success, partnerships, account management, ad operations, program management, or a similar client-facing role.

2–3+ years of healthcare advertising/ad-tech experience.
-
2–3+ years of experience working with SSPs and a strong understanding of how SSPs integrate and interact with DSPs.

Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including real-time bidding, OpenRTB, header bidding, inventory optimization, and campaign execution.

Experience supporting publishers, media companies, SSPs, DSPs, or digital advertising platforms.

Knowledge of the healthcare advertising ecosystem, including EHR and DTC media.

Strong client-facing communication skills across email, video, and phone.

Ability to independently manage multiple partners, campaigns, and requests.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and organizational skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated stability and progression throughout previous roles.

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience with major programmatic advertising platforms or healthcare-focused ad-tech organizations.
