Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Senior Specialist to support a portfolio of mid-sized client accounts within a fast-paced agency environment. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role requiring a blend of hands-on execution and strategic thinking across paid social and search channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning performance recommendations, navigating multiple priorities at once, and operating with urgency and autonomy.Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 4–8 mid-sized client accounts (ideal sweet spot around 6)
- Execute and optimize campaigns across paid media channels, with a strong emphasis on Meta and Google Ads
- Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams across search and social to support client goals
- Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations in client-facing settings
- Support both strategic planning and hands-on execution across active campaigns
- Work within internal tools and platforms to monitor, optimize, and manage campaign performance
- Prioritize competing client needs in a fast-paced agency environment
- Operate with a strong sense of ownership, proactively identifying issues and opportunities without requiring step-by-step direction
- Participate in a live interview exercise involving platform walkthroughs, account analysis, and strategic recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–7 years of paid media experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads required
- Google Ads experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Client-facing communication experience, including discussing performance and recommendations
- Experience within eCommerce, Client, or omnichannel consumer marketing environments preferred
- Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals across paid social and/or search
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution
- Experience working collaboratively across teams in a deadline-driven environment
