W2 Pay Rate: $70-80/hr
Job Description:
Support AWS cloud infrastructure and enterprise voice applications, with a focus on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Amazon Connect.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update AWS Lambda functions and DynamoDB components.
- Support AWS Connect and enterprise-wide voice applications.
- Perform system upgrades, including Python library updates and Lex V1 to V2 migration.
- Manage and monitor S3 bucket access and permissions.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and contribute to technical ideation.
- Participate in daily standups, weekly development meetings, and Agile/Kanban ceremonies.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- 5 years of AWS experience.
- Strong expertise in Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, S3, and EC2.
- Proficiency in Python for Lambda development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must provide their own personal laptop/desktop.
- Must disclose stock trading activity to comply with financial regulations.

- Experience with Amazon Connect and IVR decision tree coding.
- Familiarity with ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) and Amazon Lex.
- Understanding of enterprise call center technology and integrations.
- Node.js experience.
