Job Summary:
The client is seeking a detail-oriented Veeva Editor to support an increased volume of work related to promotional and regulatory document workflows within Veeva Vault PromoMats environments. This is a fully remote, short-term contract opportunity with the potential for extension based on project needs.
This individual will support document review, tagging, hyperlinking, metadata entry, QC checks, and publishing activities for promotional and submission-related materials in a highly regulated pharmaceutical/life sciences environment. The ideal candidate is production-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support document review, tagging, linking, and publishing activities within Veeva Vault PromoMats or related Veeva environments
- Perform metadata entry, hyperlinking, document formatting, and quality control checks on promotional and regulatory materials
- Assist with submission preparation workflows including version control, routing, approval processes, and document lifecycle management
- Ensure documents meet formatting, compliance, and publishing standards prior to submission or approval
- Maintain organization and accuracy while managing multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing content operations and publishing workflows
- Troubleshoot basic document issues and ensure consistency across deliverables
- 2-3 years of experience supporting Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar Veeva environments
- Experience with document review, tagging, hyperlinking, metadata entry, and QC processes
- Familiarity with submission preparation workflows and document lifecycle management
- Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, life sciences, or medical communications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume document workflows under tight timelines
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical promotional review workflows
- Experience working with regulatory submissions or MLR processes
- Previous agency or medical communications experience
