Job Description:
Provide high-touch, in-person technical support for executives and onsite staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day technology operations in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Deliver white-glove, in-person support to executives and senior leadership

Resolve Tier 2 service desk tickets and support project-based work

Support and troubleshoot macOS and Windows environments
-
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
-
Provide iOS device support for iPhones and iPads
-
Set up, test, and support conference rooms and AV systems
-
Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams collaboration and meeting environments
-
Proactively monitor and optimize executive devices and applications
-
Deploy and support AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

3-5 years of Tier 2 technical support experience

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS and macOS
-
Experience supporting iOS devices (iPhone and iPad)

Experience in a Microsoft-based environment

White-glove or executive-level support experience

Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
-
Strong soft skills: professional demeanor, self-motivated, team-oriented, able to work independently, comfortable supporting executives in high-pressure environments
