Job Description:
Lead day-to-day execution and client management for integrated PR and communications campaigns within healthcare, supporting cervical and sexual health initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day lead across multiple healthcare-focused workstreams
- Manage client relationships and act as primary point of contact
- Coordinate across integrated teams (PR, paid social, digital, creative, strategy)
- Guide and mentor junior team members while overseeing deliverables
- Ensure alignment and packaging of cross-functional campaign efforts
- Review and provide feedback on content including social, paid media, and written materials
- Collaborate with SMEs to deliver accurate, compliant healthcare communications
- Keep projects on track, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- ~8 years of experience in PR, communications, or integrated marketing
- Strong experience managing integrated campaigns (PR, digital, social, paid media)
- Proven client-facing experience with strong communication skills
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical, or scientific communications
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in diagnostics, medtech, or women's health
- Healthcare provider (HCP) or direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaign experience
- PR agency background
- Experience with influencer or paid social campaigns
