Job Description
Our client is seeking a driven, high-performance Account Manager to build and grow client relationships, support talent acquisition needs, and own business development in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This is a full sales cycle role with uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives under pressure and is motivated by results.
Job Summary
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach and prospecting to closing and account growth
- Build and grow a client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Partner consultatively with clients to understand and solve their hiring needs
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to deliver qualified talent solutions
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality in a performance-based environment
Minimum Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated track record of tenure and growth, with 2–3 years of experience in recent roles strongly preferred
- Proven success in a high-performance, quota-carrying sales or business development role
- Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills
- Competitive, financially motivated, and driven by uncapped earning potential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality you generate opportunity, not wait for it
- Coachable and resilient, with the ability to adapt quickly and operate with autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Background in staffing, recruiting, technology sales, or consultative selling
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a territory or book of business
- Prior experience in a commission-based, performance-reward culture
- Passion for technology, staffing, or solutions-oriented sales
