Job Description:
Provide Tier 3 support and administrative operations for enterprise applications such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and others, ensuring availability, access, and system integrity.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage access control, user roles, and system configuration across applications
-
Work ticket-based tasks—no development, focused on Tier 3 triage and resolution

Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for module/application issues
-
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for resolution
-
Develop monitors, dashboards, and documentation to support application stability

Support release changes, patches, and process improvements
-
Participate in on-call rotation every few months
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3 years in Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical support or application administration

Hands-on experience with applications like Salesforce (#1), PeopleSoft (#2), Zoom, MuleSoft, OnBase, or comparable enterprise tools

Familiarity with ITSM tools and practices (ticketing systems, change controls, monitoring tools like NewRelic, Splunk, SolarWinds)

Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative

Demonstrated career progression from Tier 1/2 into deeper technical roles

Strong communication skills—able to explain complex issues simply
