Pay Rate Range: $50-68/hour
Job Description:
Lead the execution of large, complex projects by overseeing full project lifecycle delivery, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across business, technology, and operations
- Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with PMO leadership to maintain project governance and health
- Oversee multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Support governance audits and contribute to process improvements
- Provide leadership, feedback, and direction to project team members
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management experience leading complex initiatives
- Experience managing budgets and strategic programs/projects
- Proven leadership, change management, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Visio
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint, or similar PPM tools
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working within a PMO structure
- Exposure to business process re-engineering initiatives
- Prior experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
