Compensation Range: $120,000 - $130,000 / year base 10% bonus
Job Description:
This role blends Business Analysis, Salesforce support, and emerging AI initiatives to drive process improvements and scalable solutions across the organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support Salesforce administration and configuration (light technical work, no heavy development)
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points
- Gather and document requirements; translate into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineering/product teams to deliver solutions
- Assist with testing, training, and implementation of new systems and processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and AI-driven solutions
- Support early-stage AI initiatives by gathering use cases and evaluating opportunities
- Operate in a consultative, discovery-heavy environment defining problems and solutions
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 4–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated career progression with strong tenure (no frequent job changes)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin/configuration level)
- Experience leveraging AI tools/solutions in a professional setting
- Proven ability to work across multiple departments (not siloed)
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments (e.g., tech, media, agency, eCommerce)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work PST hours (9am–6pm PST)
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience supporting AI/automation initiatives at scale
- Exposure to product or engineering collaboration
- Background in consulting-style or client-facing roles
- Ability to occasionally work onsite in Los Angeles
