Job Description:
The AI Solution Engineer rapidly prototypes and implements AI-driven solutions using enterprise generative AI platforms, translating conceptual ideas into working AI agents and workflows that deliver business value.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions using generative AI and low-code platforms

Design and build AI agents and workflows across multiple enterprise AI platforms

Architect deterministic and non-deterministic "agentic” workflows
-
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and MCP servers

Configure and customize AI platform capabilities to support solution requirements

Build hybrid solutions that combine structured logic with LLM-driven reasoning

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate ideas into working AI prototypes
-
Demonstrate prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate quickly

Experiment with emerging AI platforms and identify new automation opportunities

Deep expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and enterprise Copilot architecture

Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms

Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI context frameworks

Experience designing AI agents and agentic workflows (deterministic and non-deterministic)

Proven ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions in fast-paced environments

Strong background in AI/ML, LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-step workflows

Programming or scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies

Experience integrating systems using APIs, SDKs, and enterprise connectors

Strong communication skills with ability to explain AI concepts to business stakeholders
