A leading global real estate organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Real Estate Product & Content Marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives supporting its global real estate platform.
This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, storytelling, and business strategy, translating complex real estate concepts, investment strategies, and market insights into compelling narratives that drive client engagement, demand, and brand differentiation.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Real Estate Marketing, this individual will partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing & Communications, Real Estate Services, and other business functions. The position will help shape global marketing strategies and deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns and content that balance global consistency with regional relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks across real estate services and sectors, including office, residential, industrial, and mixed-use.
- Translate market insights, financial drivers, and business strategies into compelling, client-facing narratives.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new services, leasing initiatives, and other business offerings.
- Strengthen the organization's brand through strategic storytelling and value proposition development.
- Execute a global content strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Create high-impact content, including capabilities materials, case studies, campaigns, presentations, and pitch assets.
- Build scalable toolkits, templates, and playbooks to standardize and streamline execution across regions.
- Ensure consistency in messaging while enabling local market relevance.
- Identify sector and market trends to inform proactive thought leadership and content development.
- Develop and execute integrated global marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, and direct channels.
- Align campaign strategies with broader business and growth objectives.
- Partner with Communications and Digital teams to deploy campaigns effectively across regions.
- Leverage market research, competitive intelligence, and audience insights to inform strategy.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns through data-driven insights.
- Manage workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Partner with Events and Communications teams to develop messaging, presentations, and materials for internal and external events.
- Support event strategy, including content development and audience engagement.
- Leverage industry events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and support business development objectives.
- Develop client-facing materials that enable sales and business development teams to effectively communicate the organization's capabilities and value proposition.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across development, asset management, and other real estate functions to align marketing with business priorities.
- Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to deliver effective marketing and client-facing materials.
- Manage external agencies, designers, and vendors as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with data and digital teams to develop dashboards, reporting, and performance insights.

- 8 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, product marketing, or sales enablement; commercial real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts, services, and value propositions into clear, engaging narratives.
- Proven track record of developing high-impact marketing and sales enablement materials that support business growth.
- Experience developing messaging, positioning, content, and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with marketing, content development, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
