Job Description:
- The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive accountability across multiple teams, and deliver structured reporting and budget oversight in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Track and report on budget utilization and resource allocation to support informed decision-making by stakeholders
- Collect, synthesize, and present project data in clear formats for stakeholder reporting and executive visibility
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, to maintain team cadence
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear communication
- Handle sensitive project discussions with confidentiality, integrity, and professional discretion
- Utilize JIRA and Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, to manage project documentation and reporting
- 5-10 years of project management experience, with cybersecurity or infrastructure experience a plus
- 5 years of experience in budget tracking and resource management
- Demonstrated experience collecting data and producing stakeholder-facing reports
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills across multiple teams and organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in any field, IT disciplines preferred
- PMP Certification
- Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure project environments
