Insight is hiring an AI Engineer to support a major enterprise AI initiative. You'll be building agentic AI systems and API-driven platforms on Azure, focused on real-world business use cases like:
- Financial analysis automation
- Risk modeling workflows
- Insurance quote/premium optimization
- Internal AI copilots for employees

This is not experimental AI work — this is production-grade LLM system engineering with real users and business impact.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using Python
- Develop agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain
- Work within a defined architecture to deliver feature-level ownership
- Integrate AI systems with APIs and enterprise platforms
- Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to AI platform development on Azure

What They're Looking For (Must-Haves)
- 6–8 years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on Python development (daily coding)
- Real-world LLM/AI systems built in production (post-2023)
- Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with MLOps / ML lifecycle
- Experience using AI dev tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) recently
- Ability to work independently within an architecture
- Strong communication (client-facing role)
- US Citizen or Green Card
