Job Description:
This role serves as the primary technical administrator for the client's enterprise AI platform environments, ensuring system reliability, security compliance, and operational readiness across integrated AI tools.
Job Summary
•Administer enterprise AI platform environments, managing user access, API key governance, workspace configurations, and environment-level settings
•Monitor system health, usage patterns, and API performance across AI tools, triaging and resolving operational issues as they arise
•Maintain observability across AI systems by tracking uptime, error rates, token consumption, and integration reliability
•Oversee and document configuration changes, environment updates, and deployment procedures across managed platforms
•Track and report on AI resource utilization, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency
•Support security reviews and risk assessments for new AI tools by providing accurate technical context on system behavior and data flows
•Act as a technical resource for program and operations teams adopting AI tools, supporting troubleshooting, implementation questions, and configuration solutions
Minimum Requirements:
•Hands-on experience administering enterprise AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or comparable), including API management, access controls, and environment configuration
•Familiarity with LLM application infrastructure, including prompt pipelines, Model Context Protocol (MCP), vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns, and embedding workflows
•Experience monitoring distributed systems or SaaS platforms, including alerting setup, log review, and diagnosing performance or availability issues
•Working knowledge of information security principles as applied to SaaS and API-based systems - access controls, credential management, data handling, and audit logging
•Strong documentation habits, including runbooks, SOPs, architecture notes, and internal guides
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience working with Databricks or a comparable data/ML platform
•Familiarity with usage and cost monitoring for cloud or API-based services
•Experience contributing to cross-functional teams alongside product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
•Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues and program staff
