Job Description:
This part-time onsite Administrative Assistant role supports the client's team with day-to-day administrative operations including travel coordination, purchasing, and general office support across a Tuesday-Thursday schedule.
Job Summary
Coordinate employee travel arrangements including flights and hotel bookings using the Concur travel management system
Process purchasing requests by entering quotes and managing orders through procurement tools used by the team
Stock and maintain general office supplies to ensure the workspace is consistently equipped
Plan and coordinate internal meetings, managing scheduling and logistics for the team
Support day-to-day administrative tasks using Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Adapt to shifting priorities and provide flexible, responsive support to the onsite team
Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Ability to manage competing priorities, shift focus as needed, and problem-solve independently
Prior experience in an administrative assistant or office manager capacity (experience level is flexible for candidates with relevant knowledge and willingness to train on internal tools)
