Job Description:
Design and develop complex software systems and applications that support the client's business needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and implementation of complex software applications
- Translate business and technical requirements into technical specifications
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, coaching, and mentorship
- Partner with architecture teams on scalable, secure, maintainable solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Improve processes, technologies, and product offerings
- Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency with Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with API-first architectures and container-deployed systems
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of modern databases, performance optimization, and auditable access patterns
- Knowledge of software design patterns and documentation standards
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Master's degree
- AWS and Azure experience
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- IaaS experience, including CloudFormation or Terraform
- Deployment automation experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bamboo
- Agile or Scrum experience
