Role Overview:
The Sr. Consumer Insights Manager will lead global consumer research initiatives to deliver actionable insights that influence advertising and marketing strategies. This is a senior-level role requiring expertise in international ad research and experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of primary global research studies.

Create surveys and interview guides, conduct interviews, and analyze data.

Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Build and manage relationships with internal teams and external research agencies.

Develop scalable research tools and mechanisms to streamline insights generation.
Must-Haves:

10 years in marketing research, including international advertising research.

Proficiency with tools like Q, R, SPSS, SAS, STATA, or Excel Pivot Tables.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
