Job Description:
Post Producer role focused on managing end-to-end post-production workflows across multiple projects. Responsible for ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned content delivery through collaboration with creative, production, and stakeholder teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Oversee post-production scheduling, team briefings, and workflow maintenance

Review footage and edits to ensure quality and consistency
-
Manage internal and external communication across stakeholders and teams
-
Track project progress, timelines, and blockers
-
Maintain editorial resources and digital asset management systems
-
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines and specs
-
Oversee and support post tasks including color, audio, and finishing
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

7 years in post-production, editorial, or finishing (broadcast, commercial, or digital)

Proven ability to manage full post workflows: editorial, color, sound, delivery
-
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
-
Experience with digital asset management and organized project structuring

Excellent communication and multi-project management skills
-
Comfort working with confidential data and security workflows
-
Familiarity with UGC clearance and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
